Construction of the MainStay Suites in Tioga, ND completed November 1, 2014. The asset serves the Bakken oil fields as well as the largest natural gas refinery in the Bakken. It is the only refinery offering full spectrum refining, making it a critical regional asset. The hotel offers high end bedding, full kitchens and big screen TV’s in each room. Guests can do their laundry for free and enjoy a drink at the full service bar and lounge downstairs.
